First Payment Only: This 30-day guarantee applies exclusively to the initial payment made for a course or subscription.
Exclusions: This guarantee applies unless otherwise stated on the specific product page or during the checkout process. All policies are clearly stated at the point of sale.
2. Subscription & Recurring Payments
For ongoing subscriptions, the refund eligibility for any payment after the initial 30-day window is determined by the following:
The 7-Day Refund Window: To receive a refund for a recurring charge, you must contact support within 7 days of that specific charge occurring.
Past Payments: We do not provide refunds for previous payments (e.g., charges from 30, 60, or 90 days ago) if you are outside of the 7-day window for those specific transactions.
Billing Examples:
Scenario A: Your account is charged on May 3rd and you contact us on May 10th. We can provide a refund for this payment.
Scenario B: Your account is charged on May 3rd and you contact us on May 15th. We will cancel your subscription to prevent future charges, but we cannot refund the May 3rd payment.
